Common questions
Do I need to create an account to report?
No. All reports are anonymous by default. You can optionally provide your email if you'd like to be notified when the issue is fixed, but it's not required.
How quickly are reports reviewed?
Most reports are reviewed within a few hours during business days. Critical issues like wrong prices or broken links are prioritized and often fixed within 1–2 hours.
What happens after I submit a report?
Our data team verifies the issue against the actual store page. If confirmed, we update the listing immediately. If the price has already corrected itself, we mark the report as auto-resolved.
Can I report issues with multiple stores at once?
Each report should cover one specific store and product combination. This helps us track and resolve issues more efficiently. You're welcome to submit multiple reports.
I found a product that's completely missing. Can I report that?
This form is for price/listing errors on existing products. For missing product requests, drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll look into adding it.
Will my email be shared or used for marketing?
Never. If you provide an email, it's used solely to notify you about the resolution of your report. No newsletters, no marketing, no sharing with third parties.
