Common questions
When will the API be available?
The Vendor API will launch alongside our partner onboarding pipeline. The Public API is on our roadmap for late 2026. Join the waitlist to get early access and help shape the API design.
Is the Vendor API really free?
Yes, permanently. Vendor price updates make our platform better for gamers, which makes it better for you. We want every partner store to push real-time data at zero cost.
What data formats do you support?
RESTful JSON endpoints for both reading and writing. For vendor bulk sync, we also accept CSV and XML feeds. All responses follow consistent, well-documented schemas.
Can I use the Public API commercially?
The Free tier is for personal and non-commercial projects. The Pro and Enterprise tiers allow full commercial use, build a business on top of DealsHub data with our blessing.
How does rate limiting work?
Each tier has a daily request cap. Requests are counted per API key. If you exceed your limit, you'll receive a 429 response with a retry-after header. Upgrading your plan immediately lifts the cap.
Will there be SDKs or client libraries?
We plan to ship official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and C# at launch, with community libraries encouraged for other languages.
