Ys X: Proud Nordics Ultimate Edition is an enhanced edition of the tenth mainline entry in the long-running action-RPG series. Players control Adol Christin and Karja Balta in fast-paced Cross Action combat, switching between Solo Mode for individual character execution and Combo Mode for simultaneous control and coordinated attacks. Exploration covers the expanded Öland Island and ancient ruins, with new challenges in the Arena.

New Mana Actions expand traversal and environmental interaction. Nornir's Spindle and Grimble Board facilitate movement, while Mana Burst provides elemental attacks. Mana Sense reveals hidden elements and slows time, and Mana Hold allows object manipulation. An extreme-difficulty endgame dungeon, Divine Realm: Muspelheim, offers time limits and traps. The edition includes technical enhancements such as 21:9 monitor support and up to 120fps gameplay.
