Men of War: Assault Squad 2 is the latest installment in the acclaimed real-time tactics series from Digitalmindsoft. The game expands upon established gameplay with 15 new and 25 reworked skirmish missions, placing players in command of five distinct factions across diverse theaters of war including Europe, Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Pacific. Over 250 unique vehicles and 200 soldiers with specialized loadouts are available, supporting large-scale engagements. Multiplayer is enhanced with 65 maps supporting up to 8v8 battles and an Extreme Mode for chaotic engagements. A standout feature is Direct Control, allowing players to directly pilot any unit as if in a third-person action game.Significant engine enhancements underpin the gameplay, including improved shaders, multi-core processor support, and a seasonal camouflage system.
