Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure is a story-driven brick breaker inspired by 1980s arcade titles. The game is set in the early 2300s, following two pilots tasked with investigating the disappearance of Earth's generation ships in interstellar space. It includes 40 stages, four boss fights, and a narrative penned by Colin Moriarty.

The title incorporates New Game+, multiple extra features, collectibles, and an achievement system. It also features a soundtrack and seven distinct game modes.
