Transcripted combines twin-stick shooter and match-3 puzzle mechanics. Players pilot the Nano Probe, a microscopic craft, against disease pathogens. The game includes a skill tree for upgrading ship equipment, health, shields, and weapons. It contains 25 campaign missions and 5 challenge levels.
