Train Sim World® 2020

Train Sim World 2020 is the latest installment in Dovetail Games' train simulation series. It places players in the engineer's seat of 12 accurate locomotives and a control car. Gameplay involves managing speed, brake pressure, refuelling, and switching operations across five distinct routes: Main-Spessart Bahn, Northern Trans-Pennine, Long Island Rail Road, Great Western Express, and CSX Heavy Haul. A new "Journeys" mode provides over 24 hours of sequential gameplay per route, combining scenarios, tutorials, and service timetables. An Action Point scoring system rewards driving accuracy.The simulation utilizes Dovetail Games' SimuGraph physics engine and Unreal Engine 4, recreating locomotive appearance, physics, cabs, and sounds. Players can learn operations through improved tutorials and track their performance on a debriefing screen. The user interface has been updated for enhanced control.
