Tom Clancy's EndWar™

Tom Clancy's EndWar™ represents a real-time strategy game within the long-running Tom Clancy franchise, tasking players with assuming the role of an army commander. Command the U.S.-led Joint Strike Force, the European Enforcers Corps, or the Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade in a global conflict. Players construct armies tailored to tactical styles and devise strategies to defeat opposing forces. A distinct third-person camera places players directly into the battle, diverging from traditional top-down RTS perspectives, which emphasizes terrain and cover.

The game's control scheme augments traditional mouse and hotkey inputs with a revolutionary voice command system, enabling unit control at the speed of thought. Battlefields are fully destructible, with hundreds of units engaging across 30 realistic real-world locations including Washington D.C., Paris, and Moscow. Armies offer deep customization through unit ranks and hundreds of upgrades, enhancing replay value. True to the Tom Clancy legacy, the game incorporates vehicles, weapons, and equipment based on real-world military research, including drones and space-based weapons. While originally designed for a persistent online World War III with customizable battalions, its multiplayer and online features were decommissioned as of January 25, 2024.
