The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution continues the story of the Tourist in undead New Orleans, a sequel to the 2020 VR title. Developed by Skydance Interactive, this action-adventure RPG places players back into the role of the Tourist, facing new threats including the Axeman and the Tower's forces. Players will explore new locations, interact with new characters and factions, and engage in physics-based VR combat with a variety of weapons. Player choices will impact survival and reputation, allowing them to define their Tourist as a Saint or Sinner.The game refines the physics-based combat and survival mechanics of its predecessor. Players can undertake missions for various factions, gather resources, and craft gear. The narrative expands with new story elements and explorable areas within New Orleans, including both day and night cycles. A new faction, the Exiles, offers unique questlines and rewards, presenting moral quandaries for the player to navigate.
