About The Night of the Rabbit

The Night of the Rabbit is a debut story-driven exploration/adventure game, conceived, written, and designed by Matthias Kempke. Players join young Jerry, following a white rabbit into the realm of Mousewood, a land populated by speaking critters and steeped in mystery. The game tasks players with exploring this new world, uncovering secrets as a sinister force casts a shadow over the forest, threatening its inhabitants with a high-stakes magic show.

This point-and-click adventure unfolds a multi-layered narrative, shifting from light-hearted beginnings to a dramatic and thought-provoking tone across approximately 20 hours of gameplay. The experience is built on original character and world design, with the animal inhabitants originating from short stories written by the game's creator, which are included as in-game bonuses. The Night of the Rabbit delivers a narrative-focused adventure centered on exploration and mystery.
