Supreme Commander 2, the second mainline entry in the real-time strategy series from Gas Powered Games, is set 25 years after the events of Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. Players command massive armies in brutal, large-scale battles, deploying customizable land, air, and naval units from one of three distinct factions. Construct enormous war machines and experimental units to shift the balance of power on the battlefield.

The game’s core loop centers on researching new technologies and units, instantly deploying them to upgrade base-level combatants into specialized, high-powered machines. Each of the United Earth Federation (UEF), the Cybran Nation, and the Illuminate factions presents redesigned units and unique capabilities. A single-player campaign offers three character-driven storylines, while online battles provide competitive play. A redesigned Strategic Mode UI improves speed and feedback, complemented by new rendering technology for visually spectacular environments. The experience is tracked through 47 Steam achievements, leaderboards, and stats.
