Players pilot advanced mining ships, managing resources like fuel, ammunition, and oxygen while contending with numerous warring factions. The game emphasizes realism and survival.

The core gameplay loop is driven by an epic story comprising 31 missions, encompassing objectives such as rescue, exploration, base defense, and combat. Players can engage in mining, exploration, and trading. The game supports single-player, co-op for up to 16 players, and death-match modes for up to 16 players. Over 50 weapon and armor types are available, along with 22 player ships.
