Mindcop

Mindcop is a non-linear "whodunnit" detective game from solo developer Andre Gareis. Players assume the role of the Mindcop and must solve a murder within a strict 5-day time limit.The core gameplay loop involves using Mindcop abilities to uncover secrets and expose lies, with a unique mechanic allowing players to enter suspects' minds. These sequences manifest as real-time puzzles, unlocking access to a "Sea of Thoughts" where clues are gathered and conversation topics are revealed. Player choices directly impact the narrative, leading to one of two distinct endings.
