IXION is an indie city-building strategy game from Bulwark Studios. Players assume the role of Administrator aboard the Tiqqun space station, a mobile ark tasked with finding a new home for humanity after Earth's collapse. Six unlockable sectors within the station offer space for more population, new jobs, and a Data Listening System for monitoring the crew. Players will navigate gripping story chapters, encountering new threats and opportunities as they progress toward a final destination. Resource management and research are crucial for survival, with players needing to construct new buildings and modify the station. The game also includes stellar map exploration, with probes, mining ships, cargo ships, and science expeditions used to discover resources, secrets, and other survivors. Emergencies such as hull breaches and fires must be managed, with solutions like backup power and Extra Vehicular Activity available.
