F1® Manager 2024, a simulation and strategy title from Frontier Developments, places players in the role of a Team Principal. For the first time in the series, players can create their own custom F1 team, defining its origin, livery, and staff. Alternatively, they can manage one of the 10 official constructor teams. Strategic decisions extend beyond the pit wall to car development, facility management, and driver and staff interactions through the new Mentality System, which accounts for personalities and needs.The 2024 season introduces mechanical failures that can impact car performance during races, demanding adaptive strategy. Circuit visuals have been updated, including the Shanghai International Circuit, with enhanced detail and clearer racing lines. The game also incorporates the 2024 F1 Sprint race format, an updated driver and staff roster, improved tutorials, and the return of Race Replay mode.
