Dungeon Defenders

Dungeon Defenders is the first entry in the series, blending tower-defense strategy with action-RPG combat. Players select one of four distinct character classes, each with unique skill trees and defensive towers, to protect Etheria from an invading horde. Gameplay involves strategically placing defenses and directly engaging enemies in combat, with progression driven by a loot and level-up system.

The game supports 4-player online and local co-op, allowing for combined strategies across different classes. A robust loot system encourages players to gather equipment and upgrade their characters, skills, and towers. The included Dungeon Defenders Development Kit enables user-created content, accessible via Steam Workshop, to extend the game's longevity.
