Death Kid is an arcade-inspired arena brawler with meta-progression. Players control the Death Kid, a protagonist cursed with immortality, who must descend through eight levels of a treacherous well to break a curse. Each level contains unique enemies, and the player must protect three fragile souls while battling otherworldly creatures.

The game features six upgradable abilities and fifteen levels of passive skills. Meta-progression allows players to unlock new abilities and grow stronger with each run. Death Kid includes difficulty settings and an endgame challenge mode.
