Dead Reset is an interactive horror adventure where players control surgeon Cole Mason, trapped in a death-loop at an underwater facility. He must operate on a patient harboring a parasitic horror, with each death offering a new perspective on his predicament. The narrative is steeped in cinematic scares and practical effects, driven by player choices that shape Cole's path towards redemption or damnation, ultimately leading to one of four distinct endings.
The game incorporates a relationship system, where alliances forged or broken impact survival chances. A Streamer Mode is included, allowing viewers to influence Cole's decisions and witness his gruesome demise.
