Combat Kart is a physics-based kart racer that blends drifting and nitro boosts for high-speed competition. Players choose from adorable characters, each possessing two unique combat skills that can be utilized in Power-up Mode alongside acquired items or by defeating opponents. The game supports local split-screen multiplayer for up to four players and Remote Play Together.

Tracks present distinct route characteristics, traps, and hidden shortcuts, demanding strategic adaptation. Game modes include trophy competitions in Nitro Boost and character battle variants, time trials for record-breaking, and challenge races with specific conditions.
