BioShock® 2

BioShock® 2 is a direct sequel, set approximately 10 years after the original BioShock. Players step into the role of a Big Daddy, navigating the fallen undersea city of Rapture in pursuit of an unseen foe. This first-person shooter refines its genetically enhanced combat, allowing players to dual-wield weapons and Plasmids to create aggressive offensive combinations against new enemies. The core campaign involves a journey through the decrepit city, continuing an award-winning narrative.

The single-player experience emphasizes the power and strength of the Big Daddy, challenging players with innovative encounters. Beyond the main story, the Protector Trials offer frantic combat challenges, tasking players with guarding Little Sisters as they gather ADAM under mounting opposition. BioShock 2 also features a multiplayer prequel, developed by Digital Extremes, set during Rapture's civil war. Players assume the role of a Plasmid test subject for Sinclair Solutions, earning experience to unlock new Weapons, Plasmids, and Tonics, allowing for unique character builds within iconic Rapture environments before its fall.
