BH Trials is an indie obstacle course game from Pico Sacro Games. Players control a Backhoe digger using only its articulated arms, forgoing traditional transmission, steering, and brakes. The game presents single-player trials with escalating difficulty, requiring players to manipulate platforms and mechanisms while avoiding hazards to reach level completion.

Multiplayer modes allow up to four players to cooperatively control a "Backhoe Spider" or tackle solo challenges. Collectible miniature diggers unlock new game modes and areas. The game includes ghost replays for personal best time comparisons and global leaderboards to measure against other players.
