Alexio is a retro platformer developed by Duck Team. The game centers on Alex, a young duckling, who sets out on a quest after learning about the Monobrow on his birthday. Players guide Alex through six distinct environments, including flower meadows, forests, mountains, caverns, and ancient ruins, to reach a shrine.

The adventure comprises 12 levels, each presenting unique challenges and mechanics. Alex can collect headgear that grants him different abilities, altering gameplay. For players seeking a less demanding experience, Alexio includes a "birdie mode."
