Acre Crisis is a first-person shooter and survival horror game set in the 1992 Acre region of the Amazon jungle. The game presents a PS1-era retro aesthetic. Players assume the role of Sublieutenant Tais D. Oliveira, a member of a special operations brigade sent to investigate mysterious deaths and cryptid sightings. The soldiers become trapped in the jungle, facing dinosaurs and uncovering secrets about a Brazilian Military Dictatorship biological weapons program.
The game includes a Story mode, which takes 1-3 hours to complete, an Arcade mode for quick survival matches, and both Cooperative and Competitive Multiplayer modes. A point system allows players to unlock weapons and cosmetics during solo play. The environment features a day-night cycle, weather effects, and a variety of visual and sound design elements.
