Strategic Command: World War I - Empires in Turmoil is a DLC for the grand strategy game Strategic Command: World War I. It adds seven new historical campaigns, expanding gameplay to include the First and Second Balkan Wars, the Russian Civil War, and the German East Africa Campaign, with battlefields spanning Siberia to East Africa. New unit types such as German Freikorps and African 'Askaris' are introduced, alongside new events and an alternative victory condition focused on army destruction rather than territorial control.
